Returns & Exchanges

At Khanum’s, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original Khanum’s branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
